2. Scope
This policy covers visits to this website and contact with Manuel Hagen. Personal data means information relating to an identified or identifiable person. This website presents my services and helps prepare project enquiries; it does not offer online contract conclusion.
3. Hosting and email
Hosting and email are provided by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS receives the data required to serve the website and to transmit and store emails.
Your IP address is processed to deliver the requested pages. The purpose is reliable and secure operation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is providing and securing my website.
4. Access logs
For its Webhosting product, IONOS documents processing of requested pages or files, referrer, browser type and version, operating system, device type, access time and anonymised IP addresses. According to the provider, this data is retained for eight weeks and then deleted. It is not evaluated for advertising purposes.
The purposes are security and stability. The legal basis for necessary processing of personal data is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Provider information: IONOS information on log files.
5. Contact and project enquiries
When you contact me by email or telephone, I process your contact details, your company if supplied, and the contents of your enquiry to answer it and agree next steps. Emails are transmitted and stored using the IONOS email service.
The project form checks your entries in your browser and opens a prepared email in your email application. It does not transmit entries to a form server or save them in browser storage. I only receive them when you send the email yourself. Required fields help prepare an enquiry that can be answered; you may alternatively contact me directly by email or telephone.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries preparing or performing a contract with you. For other enquiries, including those from company representatives, the basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; my legitimate interest is responding to enquiries and handling business correspondence.
Retention depends on handling the enquiry and any subsequent business relationship. Data is deleted once no longer required for these purposes, unless statutory retention duties or the necessary establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims require further retention. Processing is then restricted to that purpose.
6. Cookies and browser storage
The website code does not set cookies and does not read or write localStorage or sessionStorage. If you choose the light appearance, this choice is passed on to internal links as the address suffix ?theme=light so that it is kept on further pages. Language selection uses links to the respective language version. No preferences are stored in the browser.
No consent banner is used for these functions. Previous versions may have left saved preferences; this version does not access them. You can remove old entries using your browser’s website data settings.
7. Analytics and external content
The website code contains no active visitor analytics, advertising pixels or visitor identifiers. Fonts, images, stylesheets and scripts are loaded from the website’s own directory. External links are accessed only when you click them; the respective providers’ privacy notices then apply.
From the access logs described in section 4, IONOS generates aggregated visitor statistics (IONOS WebAnalytics), such as numbers of requests, pages requested, browsers and operating systems. No code is executed in your browser and no cookie is set for this. The purpose is stable and secure operation; the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Google Analytics and comparable services are not used.
8. Providers and data transfers
IONOS processes the personal data arising from hosting and the email service on my behalf. A data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is in place with IONOS.
Information on subprocessors, processing locations and technical and organisational measures is contained in the IONOS data processing agreement. No other service providers receive personal data through this website.
9. Your rights
Subject to the statutory conditions, you have rights of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16), erasure (Article 17), restriction (Article 18) and portability (Article 20). You may withdraw consent at any time for the future; prior lawful processing is unaffected.
Right to object: For processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object under Article 21 on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object to direct marketing at any time without such grounds.
Please contact manuel.hagen@datrexx.de. This website does not conduct automated decision-making including profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
10. Complaints
Under Article 77 GDPR, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, particularly where you live or work or where the suspected infringement occurred.
